You are welcome to bring it by during opening hours — Monday to Friday 9:00 to 7:00, and Saturday 11:00 to 5:00. Calling ahead on (980) 385-8101 is worth doing, because it means someone is free to come out and look at the job properly rather than between other work.

Nothing. Estimates are free whether we work from your photos or look at the job in person, and they are itemised so you can see what each part of the job costs rather than one number at the bottom.

We reply to every request within one hour during shop hours — by email or a call back, whichever you asked for. If it is urgent, ring the shop on (980) 385-8101 during opening hours; a phone call is always the fastest route to an answer.

Yes. Email photos to contact@autotopsandtrim.com or text them to (980) 385-8101 and we will come back to you with an estimate. On some jobs we will still want to see it in person before that number is final — collapsed pads, a bent bow, a rusted seat frame or foam that has gone hard do not always show up in a picture. We would rather find that at the shop than surprise you with it later. The estimate costs nothing either way.

Convertible tops, vinyl tops, sunroofs and vehicle interiors — seats, headliners, door panels and carpet. Boat cushions and canvas, aircraft cabins and custom bike seats come through as well.

Not always. If the job is a seat, a cushion or a motorcycle seat, take it off and bring it in on its own — that is how a lot of these start. Tops, headliners and interiors need the vehicle.
