This explains what we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Last updated 10 August 2026.

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you fill in a quote or estimate form on this site, that is:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number and email address
- Your vehicle year, make and model
- A description of the work you need
- Any photographs you choose to attach
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages about your estimate
You can call the shop instead and send us nothing at all. Only the name, phone, email and description are required on the form — the vehicle details and photographs are optional, though they usually let us quote without you bringing the vehicle in.
A note on photographs. Pictures of a vehicle often show a licence plate, a driveway or a house. We use them to prepare your quote. We do not publish a customer's photograph on this website or anywhere else without asking that customer first.
To reply to you with an estimate and to carry out work you ask us to do. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
- Formspree receives and stores submissions from our forms, and emails them to us. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Google Workspace hosts the email account those messages arrive in.
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
- Google Ads measures which adverts lead to enquiries. See below.
The text message box on our forms is optional and is never ticked for you. If you tick it, you are agreeing to let us text you about your estimate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Consent to texts is not a condition of getting a quote or having work done.
Most of this website uses no cookies and no tracking scripts at all. On the pages we advertise, and on the confirmation page shown after a form is sent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking. It tells us that an advert led to an enquiry. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
You can control or block these cookies in your browser settings, and you can review Google's own handling of this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Blocking them does not stop you using this site or contacting us.
We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep proper business records. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will delete it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw text message consent at any time by replying STOP. To do any of these, call (980) 385-8101 or email contact@autotopsandtrim.com.
This site is for our customers and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
